Game Of The Week Review: Kingston Voyageurs-3 @ Milton IceHawks-2

The IceHawks would fly into the Invista Centre to take on the Kingston Voyageurs who are battling for first position in the East Division.  Things would start slowly for both teams but Kingston would heavily outshoot Milton 18-7 before Josh Pace would give the IceHawks a 1 goal lead at the end of the 1st period. The Vees would not wait long to respond in the 2nd period.  Brandon O’Quinn, Michael Casale, and Spencer Lee would all score in the first 3 minutes of the period to go up 3-1. The Vees would not be able to hold on to their lead as Cooper Richards and Jeremy Gottzman would even things up.  The second period would end 3-3. Both teams would exchange chances for the entire period before versatile centre Cole Bolton would pot home the game winner. Bolton would also have an assist and be given 1st star of the game.

Game of The Week Preview: Wellington Dukes at Kingston Voyageurs

A game that both fan bases of the Eastern Division titans have been waiting for since the first game of the season, and hopefully they won’t disappoint.  After the Dukes added former OHLer’s Tyson Teichman and Chad Thibodeau, fans should look for the Voyageurs to respond on and off the ice. This should be a dandy of a game and could become the game of the week review for next week.
