The completion of the Ontario Hockey League playoffs and the beginning of the Memorial Cup brings our final rankings of OHL players eligible for the National Hockey League Draft.

We rank the top 40 players as well as the top 5 goaltenders available for the draft for the first time. We also show where NHL Central Scouting ranked them among OHL players as well as where they have them ranked overall in North America.

Central Scouting includes players passed over in previous drafts such as Hunter Smith (17) and Josh Sterk (28) that are not in our final ranking.

Central Scouting has 4 players in their top 40 rankings that did not make our cut: Santino Centerame (32), Stephen Desrocher (35), Blake Clarke (37) and Patrick Sinvado (38).

Three players outside Central Scouting’s top 40 made our cut: Jaden Lindo, James Cordell and Jacob Middleton. There were also three players not ranked by Central Scouting that made our rankings: Cristiano DiGiacinto, Brandon Robinson and Andrew Mangiapane.

The two biggest discrepancies however are Middleton and Anthony DeAngelo. Central Scouting has Middleton ranked 46 while we place him 12th. DeAngelo is ranked 7th by Central Scouting while we have him 21st.
