As the Ontario Hockey League regular season enters it's final week, this is our next to last edition of the three stars. Next week we'll announce the three stars for this week, as well as the three star leaders for the regular season.

1st Star - Radek Faksa - Kitchener Rangers: In four games last week, Faksa led his Rangers with 5 goals and 2 assists in those contests. The week began with a game winning goal in a 5-1 victory over the Guelph Storm. That was followed by a two goal performance in a 5-2 defeat at the hands of the Plymouth Whalers. Faksa then had a two goal and two assist effort in a 6-4 win over the Erie Otters, his second being the game winner once again. In his final contest, a 1-0 win over the London Knights, Faksa was held off the score sheet. Faksa now has 28 goals and 35 assists in 59 games on the season.

2nd Star - Michael Clarke - Windsor Spitfires: The Spitfires played in just 2 games last week with Clarke contributing 2 goals and 3 assists in those contests. The first was a 2-1 loss to the Soo Greyhounds where Clarke picked up the lone Windsor marker. In the second game, a 7-5 victory over the Sarnia Sting, Clarke picked up a goal and 3 assists and was a plus three in the contest. Clarke now has 14 goals and 20 assists in 65 games this season.

3rd Star - Gemel Smith - Owen SOund Attack: The Attack played in 4 games last week with Smith adding 1 goal and 4 assists. He had a 1 goal effort in a 6-2 defeat to the Barrie Colts but managed a even plus/minus. Smith then picked up 3 assists in a 4-3 win over the Saginaw Spirit. A 4-0 loss at the hands of the Sarnia Sting kept him off the scoreboard in the third game. The finale was a 4-3 loss to the Plymouth Whalers where Smith picked up another assist. Smith now has 21 goals and 39 assists in 60 games.
